Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked at least 24-28 hours prior to the appointment date to avoid a 50% service charge cancellation fee. Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
If you cancel, you must pay a new deposit.
You have a 10 minute grace period. If I decide to continue services after 10 minutes, this results in a $10 Late fee. Failure to show after 15 minutes results in a 50% service charge no-show fee.
2 no-shows or 2 reschedules = banned from booking.
If I have to cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be refunded and I will reschedule you for a different day and/or time.
